Attending a forum to mark the 10th anniversary of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Christopher A Pissarides, the 2010 Nobel Prize winner in economics, delivered a speech on Wednesday.
Speaking of the Chinese economy, Christopher A Pissarides said he disapproved of politically motivated negative comments about China.
"The world economy is going to be settled in a few years, but we are going through a period of transition. There are always uncertainties. We should not give up. We should try and get the best possible solutions and move forward," he added.
