On Friday, a cycling team caused much attention at the main media center of the Hangzhou Asian Games in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province.
The group rode more than 1,800 kilometers from Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province, to Hangzhou.
Guo Daoning, captain of the cycling team, said that starting from the London Olympic Games, they all cycled to the scene of each Asian Games and Olympic Games. The journey from Guangzhou to Hangzhou took 15 days.
The team's longest ride was 3,000 kilometers from Rome, Italy, to London in 2012.
Guo Daoning said that he is 77 years old. The average age of the whole team is more than 60 years old. He was very excited when he arrived in Hangzhou, and the scenery in the city was quite beautiful.
