China's first green emergency tugboat delivered

On Tuesday, Xiamen officially issued the "Green Xiamen Bay" Joint Initiative Action in east China's Fujian Province. China's first green emergency tugboat, Xia Gang Tuo 30, was delivered on the same day. 　

Xia Gang Tuo 30 is China's first tandem-type DC network diesel-electric hybrid tugboat, which can achieve zero emissions, no pollution, and low noise operation under free-running operation in the port area. It can save more than 200 metric tons of fuel and reduce more than 600 metric tons of carbon dioxide annually, effectively reducing ship energy consumption and air pollutant emissions. After being officially delivered to Xiamen Port for us, it will fill the gap in applying new energy tugboats in Fujian Province.
