500-year-old ginkgo trees become tourist hit in N China's Shanxi

Two 500-year-old ginkgo trees in Jinci Ancestral Temple in Taiyuan, capital city of north China's Shanxi Province, have entered the best viewing time, attracting flocks of visitors and shutterbugs for the beauty of golden ginkgo leaves. 　

The tree leaves turned yellow after entering the early winter. The leaves fell to the ground, covering the entire courtyard. 　

Two ancient ginkgo trees, one male and the other female, have been witnessing the vicissitudes of history.
