Rhythmic hand exercises have become popular among students in Tongzi County, southwest China's Guizhou Province.
A total of 11 primary and secondary schools participated in an exercise competition. Dressed neatly, thousands of students participated in a rhythmic hand exercise.
Students interpreted happiness and joy, and conveyed it with their hands. Subsequently, each team took the school as a unit and started a rhythmic exercise competition.
"I like hand exercise because it can enrich our three-minute activities before class, regulate our brains and promote our healthy growth," said Xu Ziyao, a local primary student.
The organizer said the competition was held to enrich the cultural life of students on campus and create a healthy and upward learning environment.
