Beijing-based charity One Heart Sphere Charity Foundation distributed emergency supplies on Saturday to 500 families in the Gaza Strip, the third distribution branch.
The World Food Programme (WFP) said that since the outbreak of the new round of the conflict between Israel and Palestine, only 10 percent of necessary food supplies have entered Gaza.
The Gaza Strip is now facing a massive food gap and widespread hunger. The WFP confirmed the closure of the final bakery operating in partnership with the agency due to a lack of fuel. The fuel shortage has led to a severe halt in bread production in all 130 bakeries in Gaza.
