A Chinese zodiac dragon version of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games mascot, Bing Dwen Dwen, and licensed products of the new version, including toys, badges and keychains, hit the market on Thursday.
Many residents in Beijing bought the products of the new version and played games at the site to get some.
Olympic Games collector Zhang Wenquan also came to the scene. He said he liked the design of the Chinese zodiac dragon version of Bing Dwen Dwen.
Zhang felt surprised to see so many people come to buy the products. He believed the Olympic culture was deeply rooted in people's hearts. He hoped that more versions of Bing Dwen Dwen with Chinese characteristics could be sold.
