On Saturday, a folklore festival in the Chinese city of Bayannur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, drew thousands of tourists and locals as they watched a staggering 350 kg of pork being cooked in a massive 3.3-meter-diameter pot.
During the folk event, local villagers brought their top-tier pigs to participate in the "Pig King Contest." A pig weighing 324 kg was chosen as the best pig of the year and was successfully auctioned for 13,000 yuan (around $1,809).
