Ice and Snow Hotpot Festival heats up winter in NE China

The first Ice and Snow Hotpot Festival kicked off on Thursday in Changchun City, northeast China's Jilin Province.　

Around 50 local hotpot restaurants set up their tables outdoors, offering residents a wide variety of mouthwatering hotpot dishes in frigid winter.
