A spectacular sight unfolded on the Yellow River, China's second-longest river on Thursday.
Fog hovered over the Yellow River in Wuzhong City, northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The river appeared to be boiling.
The spectacle was due to the evaporating water vapor on the river condensing into small water droplets, thus forming a layer of fog that covers the water surface.
