Cherry and magnolia blossoms in New York

Many musicians were playing music in New York Central Park on Sunday.　

Visitors to New York's Central Park were treated to springtime flowers. Magnolia trees and cherry trees are in blossom along the path.

These ornamental cherries are usually the first to blossom in NYC, and their deep pink blooms are a sign of spring in the city. Yoshino and Kwanzan cherries will bloom later this spring.
