(W.E. Talk) Expert: Prolonged Ukraine crisis likely to expand disagreements within NATO

As the NATO Summit was held in Washington, Yan Xuetong, Director of The Institute of International Studies, Tsinghua University, said in the latest W.E.Talk that NATO is an institution that exists on engaging in and initiating wars.
