BRICS a platform for development, not geopolitical union opposing any other unions or countries: expert

(ECNS) -- The 16th BRICS Summit concluded in Kazan, Russia on Thursday. Alexey Malinin, founder of the Center for International Interaction and Cooperation and member of the Digoria Expert Club think tank said BRICS is becoming more attractive because this is not the geopolitical union which aims to oppose any other unions or countries. “This is a platform for development,” he said.
