Evan Kail, an American pawnshop owner, received a warm welcome in China during his first visit, which began on Nov. 16. This visit followed his donation of an album containing photos that document the atrocities committed by Japanese invaders during World War II in China.
Kail expressed his feelings about his trip to China. "In the west, I heard that Beijing was an overcrowded mass that was polluted, but the case is a clean city. I'm hoping that my presence and content could unveil more of the truth in China."
