China looks forward to 'a harmonious dance between Chinese dragon and Indian elephant', spokesperson says

China and India agreed to deliver on the important consensus reached by the two state leaders and promote stable development of the mil-to-mil relationship following a meeting between Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun and his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh in Vientiane, Laos, Wu Qian, spokesperson for　China's Defense Ministry said Thursday.
