On November 6, The General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Chinese President Xi Jinping had a second talk with the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong and Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang.
