'Do A Book' exhibition @ White Space Beijing

Some 24 artists from around the world including Tom Bell, Lukas Birk, Zhang Shen, Ravikumar Kashi, Terry Winters, Heimo Wallner and Xu Bing have created an exciting artistic chapter through installations and paintings that pay homage to the humble book. The artworks' varying styles and diverse interpretations prove why people shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Lin Tianmiao presents 'The Same' @ Beijing Center for the Arts

Following a two-year hiatus, contemporary artist Lin Tianmiao returns to China's art scene at the Beijing Center for the Arts with an exhibition titled "The Same" showcasing the Shanxi-born artist's latest works. The exhibition includes 17 eye-catching, imaginative installations created over the past two years. It is the largest solo exhibition by Lin, who studied at the Art Student League in New York City during the late 1980s.

Jamie Woon @ Jianghu Bar

British singer/songwriter Jamie Woon performs in Beijing at Jianghu Bar on Saturday. The son of a Chinese-Malaysian father and Scottish-Irish mother, the 28-year-old won critical acclaim for his 2011 album Mirrorwriting. Expect a captivating evening of musicianship with Woon, whose China tour is the result of a partnership between the British Council and PRS for Music Foundation.

Body Acts presents 'Untitled II' @ Nine Theater

Chinese modern dance troupe Body Acts stages the second part of their "Untitled" performance at Nine Theater from March 1. The evening of interpretive dance includes choreography where dancers appear floating effortlessly on stage.
