An unnamed parent makes a stink about the unsanitary environment their child has to endure at 21st Century Kindergarten on Beikeda North Street in Beijing's southwest Shijingshan district.
Parents are outraged at rubbish from unlicensed peddlers dumped at the kindergarten's front gate. Residents near the kindergarten have also complained about the rubbish, but nothing has been done to remove it.
