(Ecns.cn) -- More than 20 coal mine bosses from Shuozhou of northern China's Shanxi Province made a splash Thursday at the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition 2012 in Shanghai by announcing a potential group-purchase of several corporate aircraft, according to the Modern Express News.
"The traffic is very inconvenient back home, so we need to buy aircraft," said Jiabei Yanzi, vice-chairwoman of the Shuozhou-based Yulong Group. The businesswoman has already ordered a wide-bodied aircraft from Bombardier, a Canadian aircraft manufacturer.
News confirmed by the sponsor of the event revealed that the coal mine owners showed a willingness to buy a total of 11 corporate planes.
