Three people were dead and another 27 injured following a bus-truck crash on an expressway in southwest China's Guizhou Province Saturday morning, local authorities said.
The accident happened at 6:30 a.m. when two buses collided with a truck on a section of the Lanzhou-Haikou Expressway in Zunyi city, according to the city's fire department.
The injured people have been rushed to a local hospital. The expressway was temporarily closed.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
