Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan held a telephone conversation Monday with Japanese Finance Minister Jun Azumi.
During their talks, Azumi updated Wang with Japan's policy considerations concerning quota reforms and the issue of capital increase within the International Monetary Fund (IMF), as well as a series of upcoming meetings, including the spring meetings of the IMF and the World Bank, and the gatherings of the finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of 20 nations.
Wang also informed Azumi of China's positions on these topics.
