Thai prime minister arrives in Beijing

At the invitation of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra arrived in Beijing Tuesday afternoon, kicking off her three-day official visit to China.

During Yingluck's stay in China, Chinese leaders will meet with her or hold talks with her to discuss bilateral ties as well as international and regional issues of common concern. The two countries are also expected to ink a series of agreements of cooperation.
