A 52-year-old man was prosecuted in Fangshan district court for fighting with a chengguan (city administration) officer while fleeing a law enforcement raid in his unlicensed taxi cab, the Legal Mirror reported Monday.
The man, surnamed Wei, was waiting for passengers in his parked car when the confrontation took place.
