A forest fire that started Tuesday evening in north China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region was extinguished Thursday morning, according to local firefighters.
The fire broke out at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hanma National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia.
A total of 2,000 people were mobilized to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
