A truck-bus crash has left five people dead and another 36 injured in Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Saturday, local police said.
The accident happened at 7:20 a.m. when a bus carrying factory workers collided with a truck in Qingshan Industrial Park in Bayannur city, said an official from the city's public security bureau.
Three people were immediately pronounced dead and two died in hospital. The accident also injured 36 people, who have been sent to hospital, the official said.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is under way.
