The body of a 19-year-old man who drowned in the Ming Tombs Reservoir in Changping district was found Wednesday, the Beijing Evening News reported Thursday.
The man, who could not swim, dropped into a deeper underwater channel while he was paddling in the reservoir, the third victim to have drowned in the reservoir this year. Fences have been built to prevent people from swimming, but people still often break in.
