At least 7 killed in cement plant blast in south China

At least seven people were killed after a blast ripped through a cement factory in south China's Guangdong province on Monday, local authorities said.

So far, at least seven people have been confirmed killed in the explosion at the Hailuolongshan cement factory in the city of Yingde, an official with the city government said.
