Ma Changcai, 43, an illegal taxi driver, who killed and raped female passengers, was sentenced to death at Beijing No.1 Intermediate Court Wednesday, the Beijing Evening News reported.
A 26-year-old drunk woman, surnamed Li, took Ma's taxi last September, and was beaten to death by Ma. He later buried the dead body.
He also forced a female to have sex with him just a few days before the murder. Ma was jailed several times in the 1980s for assault and theft.
