China will quarantine agricultural genetically modified organisms (GMOs), as well as endangered animals and plants, and relevant products, carried by people entering and leaving the country, according to a new regulation issued Friday.
The regulation on quarantine control over items carried by entry-exit personnel will go into effect on Nov. 1.
