A female worker died at a construction site in Pudong New Area Sunday morning. The 48-year-old Anhui Province native was carrying cement on the sixth floor of a building when she was hit by a falling lifting cage. She was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
