TV station, model agency to host fashion gala

Anhui Satellite TV will work with New Silk Road Model Management, the leading modeling agency in China, to host a fashion gala.

The three-hour show will include more than 100 models from Europe, the United States, South Korea, India and Thailand on the runway, a presentation of some of the latest collections of Chinese designers, and a retrospective show of fashion in China over the past 30 years.

The gala will also see the winners of the Asia Fashion Awards, including models, designers, stylists and photographers, take their prizes.

The show will be broadcast on Anhui Satellite TV on Dec 8.
