Senior CPC official leaves for South Asian tour

Li Changchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC)Central Committee, left Beijing Wednesday morning for official good-will visits to Pakistan, the Maldives and Bangladesh.

Li is invited by the governments of Pakistan and the Maldives, and the Bangladesh Awami League.
