An official statement issued Thursday said that more than 700,000 officials receive anti-corruption education every year.
China currently has 56 provincial-level anti-corruption education centers and 350 prefecture-level centers nationwide, according to a statement from the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the Ministry of Supervision (MOS).
Education is given through lectures, case studies and visits to historic areas, as well as attendance at court trials and talks with people who have been imprisoned for corruption.
The CCDI and MOS designated the first group of 50 national education centers to establish a culture of integrity and a clean government in 2010.
