Shenzhou-9 astronauts attend Zhuhai airshow

The three astronauts who performed China's first manned space docking mission have arrived in Zhuhai to attend the 9th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition.

The commander of the Shenzhou-9 flight team, Jing Haiping, said he was looking forward to seeing the achievements of China's Air Force, especially its technological improvements.

Second crewmember Liu Wang said he was attracted by the Air Forces' Performance Team, which has grown quickly in recent years.

Liu Yang, China's first female astronaut, however, sees the airshow more as a chance to share her experiences in outer space with the public.
