Liang Xiaoxue @ Yugong Yishan

Folk musician Liang Xiaoxue will release his new Chinese-language album Reset at his solo concert at Yugong Yishan this Saturday night. As one of China's young, promising folk singers, Liang first made his mark with his unique voice in 2008.

  His debut album Floral Times was regarded among the best in the country in folk music in 2010. This time, he will perform most of his new songs together with his band.

Kyte @ Mao Livehouse

British indie band Kyte performs at Mao Livehouse this Saturday night. The quintet rose to fame in Asia by performing at the 2009 Summer Sonic Music Festival in Japan. This weekend they will perform songs from their new album Love to Be Lost, which they spent two years producing.
