The Terra Cotta Army, hailed as one of the eight wonders of the world, has caught the imagination of the world ever since it was found in the 1970s. Some of the warriors recently traveled to Hong Kong to be put on display.
The exhibition "The Eternal Realm of China's First Emperor" has attracted 360,000 visitors to the Hong Kong History Museum since late July. That means an average of 3700 visitors a day -- a record in the museum's history.
20 warriors of various types are on display, accompanied by some 100 other artifacts. A multi-media zone displays the layout of the warriors' pit and provides background knowledge.
The exhibition will close at the end of the month. All weekend tickets have already sold out.
