More snow to come

The third snowfall this winter hit Beijing Wednesday morning, and there may be more to come on Thursday and Friday, the Beijing Evening News reported Wednesday.

Sun Jisong of the Beijing Meteorological Bureau said that until 10 am Wednesday, the average precipitation was 0.1 millimeters in the city with the heaviest fall in Miyun county of 0.5 millimeters.

Thursday and Friday are expected to see snowfalls of 2 to 4 millimeters, but temperatures will not drop by much, Sun said.
