He conveyed greetings from Chinese President Hu Jintao and CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping and briefed Zuma on the 18th CPC National Congress held in early November.

During his stay in South Africa, Wang had also held talks with South African Communist Party leader Blade Nzimande, ANC National Chairperson Baleka Mbete, ANC Secretary-General Gwede Mantashe and other party and government officials.

Wang and his CPC delegation were on a two-day visit starting on Friday.
