Zhao Zhengyong appointed Party chief of Shaanxi Province

Zhao Zhengyong has been appointed secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Zhao Leji, according to a decision announced by the CPC Central Committee here on Tuesday.
