A kindergarten student died and another four were injured in a road accident that occurred in south China's Guizhou Province on Tuesday, local authorities said Wednesday.
The accident happened in Yanhe county of the city of Tongren around 10 a.m., when an agricultural vehicle crashed into five children who were on their way home from school, according to the county government.
One of the victims, a six-year-old child, died. The four injured are still hospitalized, although their condition is not life-threatening.
Local police are investigating the cause of the accident.
