Disgruntled man hit students with car, 13 hospitalized

A man, who is allegedly disgruntled with society, drove a car to crash into a group of students on their way home in a north China town on Monday. Twenty-three students were knocked down, 13 of whom remain hospitalized, local police said Tuesday.
