Air Macao, Macao's largest airline commenced its new air route between Macao and Shenyang Wednesday.
The new Macao-Shenyang route, which operates on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, is the 20th route operated by Air Macao.
Shenyang is the capital and largest city of Liaoning Province, as well as the largest city in Northeast China, with more than eight million inhabitants. By adding this new route, Air Macao continues to expand routes to the Chinese mainland and sharpen its competitive edge in the market, said Zheng Yan, Chairman of Board of Directors of Air Macao.
Air Macao was incorporated in 1995 and boasts now seven A321, two A320 and five A319. Its network covers 20 cities in Asia, including Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Nanjing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Nanning, Ningbo, Hefei, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Shenyang, Taipei, Seoul, Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore and Kaohsiung.
