Two people were killed and six others injured Sunday morning in a suspected boiler explosion in Cixi City of east China's Zhejiang Province, according to government sources.
Around 11:20 a.m., a three-story building of a flour products plant collapsed in Cixi's Shishan Village, said a press release from the Cixi City government.
The injured people are receiving medical treatment.
Rescuers are still searching in the debris as it is possible that some other people were in the building at the time of its collapse.
Investigation into the exact cause of the incident is under way.
