Talking about the 2013 Spring Festival gala, Chinese pianist Lang Lang will also bring a performance to the event. He has just been awarded for his music in Germany's 48th Golden Camera Awards. He won the category of "Best Music International". Lang Lang is one of the most vibrant pianists of the world, presenting in more than 100 concerts around the world annually.
He is very active in Germany, not only staging concerts but also teaching courses. Judges of the awards say Lang Lang is more than an outstanding musician, but his influential performing style has drawn even those who're not quite into classic music, into his music world.
Lang Lang performed after receiving his trophy, playing Chopin's classic pieces and a Chinese song celebrating Spring Festival, which was joined by a German comic actor who sang the lyrics.
