Chinese president delivers speech in Tanzania

Visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech in Dar Es Salaam on Monday, expounding on China-Africa relations and China's Africa policy.

Xi arrived in Dar Es Salaam on Sunday for a state visit to Tanzania, the second leg of his first foreign trip after he assumed presidency earlier this month.
