Four members of a family in China's southernmost island province of Hainan were killed Thursday after a truck collided with a motorcycle they rode, local police said.
The accident occurred on Thursday morning in Meilan District of Haikou, the provincial capital, when a heavy-duty truck crashed head-on with a car and then a motorcycle, killing a family of all four people on the motorcycle.
At the time of the accident, the truck was running into the opposite lane.
The truck driver is being questioned by local police.
