The Second China International Senior Services Expo, also known as SISSE 2013, is scheduled to run in Beijing from May 1-3, the organizer has announced.
Twenty-nine exhibitors including companies, research institutions and non-governmental organizations from 16 nations and regions are expected to participate in the show.
The SISSE 2013 is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China National Committee on Ageing and the Beijing Municipal Government. And it is jointly organized by the China Association of Social Welfare, the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and the Beijing Committee on Ageing.
The Second Forum on the Development of China's Senior Services will be held along with the expo.
The event will be focused on the needs of aged people as well as the development of the industry, at home and worldwide. It will serve as a platform for exchanges of information on the sector while providing the visitors with opportunities for business and trade.
