China to host Uzbekistan in soccer friendly

China will host Uzbekistan in an international soccer friendly on June 6, organizers said on Friday.

The Chinese will bid for their very first win over the Uzbeks in three years. Zheng Zhi, Gao Lin and Yu Dabao are expected to be called up for the match.

As the table leader of Group A in the Asian Zone qualifications, Uzbekistan sees the China friendly a warmup for their World Cup playoff away to South Korea on June 11.
