Man commits suicide after killing colleague in Hunan

The labor union chairman of an archive bureau in the city of Zhuzhou in central China's Hunan Province made a suicidal jump from a building after killing the bureau's chief on Sunday, local police confirmed.

Police said in a statement that a man surnamed Kuang fatally stabbed Shen Bailan at 7:40 a.m.in her office. He then committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of the building.

A further investigation is under way, police said.
