Ethiopian PM arrives in Beijing for visit

Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn arrived in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon, kicking off his five-day official visit to China.

According to the information from the Chinese Foreign Ministry, during the visit, Hailemariam will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping and hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang, exchanging views with the Chinese leaders on China-Ethiopia relations as well as significant regional and international issues of common concern.

Hailemariam visits China at the invitation of Li Keqiang.
